Prescott Well Pump is a referral site. We do not repair wells. We publish research about well systems and groundwater in Chino Valley, Paulden, Williamson Valley, and Prescott Valley, and we pass homeowner requests to independent licensed local contractors who do the work.

This is a marketing property, run by Bridgework AI Solutions LLC. Its purpose is to help homeowners understand what is wrong with their well system before they spend money on it, and to connect them with a contractor who can fix it.

What we are not

• We do not employ technicians and we do not send anyone to your property.
• We hold no contractor license, because we perform no contracting work.
• We publish no reviews, ratings, or rankings of local companies.

That last point is deliberate. Ranking contractors we have not vetted, or publishing review-shaped content we did not collect, would be inventing information. Instead the guides here explain how to compare quotes and what to ask, so you can judge for yourself.

What happens when you contact us

1. You describe the problem, either by starting a chat or by calling.
2. We pass your details to an independent local contractor who works on wells in your area.
3. They contact you, ask questions, and arrange to look at the system.
4. They give you a written estimate. Whether you accept it is entirely up to you.

There is no charge to you for the referral, and nobody comes to your property until you ask them to.

How we make money

Local contractors pay us for the leads this site generates. You pay nothing. We think it is better to say that plainly than to leave you guessing at the business model.

Where our numbers come from

Every figure on this site is attributed in the sentence that uses it, and the guides list their sources. Local water quality data comes from a 2026 Arizona State University study of 47 private wells in Yavapai County. Groundwater decline figures come from USGS monitoring, the Citizens Water Advocacy Group, and Arizona Department of Water Resources material. Cost ranges come from national cost aggregators and are labelled as ranges rather than quotes.

Where we do not know something, we say so. Well depth figures on this site are vendor-published averages rather than survey data, and we describe them that way every time they appear.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, we want to fix it. One example already on the site: a claim that more than 40% of Yavapai County wells exceed the EPA arsenic limit circulates locally and is false, because it merges a 45% hardness figure with an 11% arsenic figure from the same study. We published the correction rather than the convenient number.
